That broad range matters because the photoinitiators in modern composites are not all absorbed at the same wavelength — a blue-only light leaves some materials incompletely cured, and the result only shows up when the restoration fractures. Eight pre-programmed curing modes, an 8 mm head that rotates 360 degrees, 65 g, and an output self-check on the charging base so you know the light still delivers what it claims. MotorTurboA brushless electric micromotor with a compact control unit, for everyday restorative work. It holds torque as resistance rises — unlike an air turbine, which weakens the moment it meets hard material — so the cut stays even without overheating. Range 2,000 to 40,000 rpm with torque to 3.0 N·cm, and gear ratios of 1:5, 1:1, 16:1 and 20:1 from the same unit. Four memories, a white LED in the head, and a color display. At 130 × 129 × 54 mm the control unit fits any delivery position. Installed and serviced by JK Dent.
