HeyMill W19Five-axis wet milling machine for hard materials: grade-5 titanium, cobalt-chrome, glass-ceramics and polymers. Two spindle modes — quick and high-power — move it between fine finishing and metal cutting on the same machine. It takes round discs, blocks and pre-milled titanium columns, and is aimed at angled multi-unit abutments and precision screw-retained work. JK Dent installs it in the lab, trains the team and services it.
HeyMill D18Five-axis dry milling machine with no compressor — the lab needs no compressed-air infrastructure. A 60,000 rpm spindle, an automatic ten-bur changer and milling accuracy down to one micron. It monitors bur life, alarms on breakage, and resumes from the breakpoint after an interruption, so a whole disc is not lost mid-job. JK Dent installs it in the lab, trains the team and services it.
W16Five-axis hybrid milling machine — wet and dry in one unit, so a single lab covers zirconia, wax, resin, glass-ceramics, titanium, pre-milled blanks and soft metals without splitting the work between two machines. High-power water-cooled spindle, tool-life monitoring and job recovery after a power cut. Compatible with mainstream CAM systems. Supply, installation, staff training and maintenance by JK Dent.
HeyTemp TSTS-series zirconia sintering furnace with high-purity Elema heating elements. It pre-dries the restoration and clears residual moisture before the sintering cycle, so no preheating is needed and work can go straight in. Fast and slow sintering are combined; in fast mode — with silicon-carbide heating rods — sintering time drops to about an hour. Up to 150 units per cycle, with no metal-ion contamination. Supply, installation, staff training and maintenance by JK Dent.
HeyTemp T5MCompact porcelain furnace covering most lab finishing work: glass-ceramic crystallization, glazing, porcelain firing, filling, staining and ring burnout. Its small footprint lets it sit on a bench without clearing dedicated space. Installation, staff training and ongoing service — from JK Dent.
HeyTemp T6IPress furnace for glass-ceramic restorations — it complements the porcelain furnace for work that is pressed rather than milled. Full technical detail by configuration from the manufacturer. Installation, staff training and ongoing service — from JK Dent.
D-Series 3D PrinterA family of 3D printers for lab and clinic: D158 and D160 use DLP at 2560×1440 with 62 μm XY accuracy, while the DJ89 Plus uses LCD at 8K with 29 μm for fine work. 405 nm light source, layer thickness from 1 μm, and 1–4 seconds per layer. The software carries a dental algorithm with automatic nesting on the platform, and supports model resin, castable wax, rigid, high-toughness and biocompatible resins. Supply, installation, staff training and maintenance by JK Dent.
CD-X3Ultrasonic cleaning machine for printed parts: it removes uncrosslinked resin and print supports before curing. One-button dual-acoustic-wave cleaning with deoxygenation — the step that decides surface quality before finishing. Supplied and installed by JK Dent, which stocks its spare parts.
UV02Post-curing chamber for 3D-printed parts. Three wavelengths — 365, 385 and 405 nm — work independently, so different resins can be cured each at its own wavelength and curing completes rather than staying partial. It is the direct counterpart to the ultrasonic cleaner in the printing chain. Supplied and installed by JK Dent, which stocks its spare parts.
INOX Chairside 3D PrinterA resin 3D printer sized to stand in the clinic, not only in a lab. It closes a loop: intraoral scan, design, print — a splint, a model, a surgical guide or a temporary restoration — the same day, with nothing sent out. The touchscreen runs the job from the machine itself, and the hood filters light so the resin does not cure before its time. Installed by JK Dent, with staff training and ongoing service.
INOX N1 LED & Nitrogen Curing MachineA post-curing unit for printed parts, with LED light and nitrogen flow. A part that leaves the printer is not finished: its outer layer stays soft and tacky because atmospheric oxygen halts polymerization at the surface. Nitrogen displaces that oxygen from the chamber, so the cure reaches the surface too — the result is stronger, more color-stable and, above all, not tacky. Chamber lit from both sides, with stored time programs. Installed by JK Dent, with training and ongoing service.
