A 23-liter Class B autoclave — the standard required to sterilize hollow, wrapped and textile loads, not just bare instruments. Three pre-vacuum pulses draw air out of a narrow lumen before steam enters; without that, an air pocket inside a tube blocks sterilization and the instrument leaves the cycle unsterile even though the cycle reported success. A 254 × 455 mm chamber and a 4.5 L reservoir allow several cycles back to back without refilling, and the touchscreen shows cycle progress. Real-time water quality monitoring, EN ISO 11607 compliant. Tanda Pro 18LAn 18-liter Class B autoclave with a twin vacuum pump reaching −0.92 bar. Sealing MachineA continuous sealer for sterilization pouches. It seals reel stock to whatever length you choose, so each instrument is packed to its own size rather than into a standard pouch with dead air — less volume in the autoclave chamber and a pack that opens cleanly. A continuous, even seam is what keeps sterility until the moment of opening; a partial seam voids the whole cycle. The reel mounts on a top spindle and cutting happens in the same motion. JK Dent supplies it and keeps its consumables in stock.
